Overview
The LS225 + F500 Coating thickness gauge is a professional measurement equipment composed of the LS225 host and the F500 Probe. The LS225 host is responsible for the display and statistical functions of measurement data. The F500 Probe uses digital technology to complete data collection and processing on the Probe, which is specially used for the measurement of ultra-thin nonmagnetic Coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel.
Features
1. Probe Adopts Digital Oscillation Technology, High Speed ADC Acquisition to Ensure Ultra High Stability
2. Ultra-small probe, especially suitable for thin platings measurement on small workpieces such as nails and bolts
3. Multi-point Adjustment, Linear dispersion correction according to the actual workpiece, making the measurement more accurate
4. Statistical function, automatically count the MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and Variance of the 9 Measured values of the most recent measurement
5. Hardness probe ensures long-term effective use of the instrument
6. Using professional digital Probe technology, digital signal processing is completed directly on Probe, Probe is not easily disturbed and provides excellent Test accuracy
7. Equipped with a special test fixture (optional), not only makes measurement more convenient, but also eliminates measurement errors caused by human factors
Principle
The F500 Probe uses the principle of magnetic Induction for measurement. Through digital oscillation technology and high-speed ADC acquisition, data collection and processing are completed directly on the Probe, which is specially used for the measurement of nonmagnetic Coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates.
