Overview
YONGLIDA QYG film Freshness tester is used to determine the clarity of the mirror (or projection) reflected on the surface of the coating, and reflects the distinctness of the coating through 13 different distinctness of image levels. The Illuminant illumination of the instrument is not less than 1200X, and the pattern area is not less than 60x60mm. It is suitable for testing in automotive coatings and other industries.

Principle
Under E Illuminant irradiation, the word code on the standard plate is projected onto the eyepiece through 5 reflections, and the observer reads the level of distinctness of image of the test sample through the DOI value that can be clearly seen.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the area is not less than 60x60mm
2. Test under standard test environment (temperature 23 ℃ +/- 2 ℃, relative humidity 50 +/- 5%)
3. Turn on the instrument power and use E Illuminant to illuminate the standard version
4. Observe the word code after 5 reflections through the eyepiece
5. According to the DOI value that can be clearly seen, the image level of the sample is read out in the distinctness of images
