JINGKELIAN QYG film Freshness tester is used to measure the clarity of the mirror (or projection) reflected on the coating surface to show the decoration of the coating. Under the irradiation of E Illuminant, the word code on the standard board is reflected and projected on the eyepiece 5 times, and the observer reads the distinctness of the tested sample through the DOI value that can be clearly seen. Features
1. Using E Illuminant irradiation, the illuminance is not less than 1200X; 2. The distinctness of image level covers a wide range, including 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0; 3. The sample area is required to be not less than 60 * 60mm; 4. Principle
Under E Illuminant irradiation, the word code on the standard plate is projected onto the eyepiece through reflection 5 times, and the observer observes the DOI value that can be clearly seen through the eyepiece, thereby reading out the distinctness of image level of the test sample.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the area is not less than 60 * 60mm; 2. Install 4 AA dry batteries to provide 6V power supply; 3. Turn on the E Illuminant to ensure that the illuminance is not less than 1200X; 4. Project the standard board word code to the eyepiece through 5 reflections; 5. Observe through the eyepiece to clearly read the DOI value; 6. Determine the distinctness of image grade according to the DOI value.
