Overview
QYG type film Freshness tester is a small portable computer developed by SHIBO brand. The technical parameters fully comply with the national standard GB9754 and the international standard ISO2813, and the performance indicators meet the requirements of the national Measurement verification code JJG696-2002 first-class work machine. This product is suitable for the measurement of Glossiness of flat products such as paints, Coatings, inks, Stone, paper, enamel, ceramic tiles, etc. It is specially used for the measurement of film decoration performance, especially the distinctness of image grading of surface films of high-end cars.

Principle
The QYG type film fresh projection instrument is a photoelectric combined Portable instrument. Its principle is to map the digital on the digital plate through the illumination of light and the reflection of the measured surface in the observation hole. Through the naked eye observation of the measurement person, the DOI value of the read distinctness of image level achieves the purpose of measurement film surface decoration performance index. The higher the DOI value, the better the distinctness of image. The instrument is composed of a shell, an imagery room, an optical path, an eyepiece and a panel.

Steps
1. Open the cover and install the battery or plug in the external power supply.
2. Press the power switch, observe the voltmeter, and turn the voltage adjustment knob to keep the pointer in the 4.4V position
3. Align the measurement window at the bottom of the instrument with the standard reflection plate, press the power switch, and observe from the eyepiece to confirm that the DOI value of 1.0 can be clearly read
4. Place the instrument on the surface of the object to be measured, make the measurement window and the measured face good, press the power switch, observe and read the DOI value clearly from the eyepiece tube
5. Sexual repeability is measured 5 times and the average is used as the result
Notice
• The person who can clearly read the DOI value of 1.0 on the reflection plate
• After adjusting with the dry battery, when the pointer cannot be adjusted to 4.4V, the battery should be replaced
• Sexual repeability was measured 5 times and averaged as a result
