Overview
Laboratory Electric Lifting Basket Grinder is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment of MUXUAN brand model MXY-C1.1, developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and complete two processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, quickly reducing the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, drive the zirconia lever to make the grinding medium high-speed collision friction, fineness can generally reach 10um or less, liquid-liquid dispersion can reach sub-micron or nano level; Separation plate adopts CNC processing of whole material, long life without blockage.
2. Easy to operate and easy to clean: its own energy-saving inverter controls the start-up speed regulation, and it is equipped with an electric lifting device for labor-saving operation; the grinding cavity is relatively closed to reduce solvent volatilization, and the unique design supports solvent circulation cleaning. The whole stainless steel machine is easy to clean.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: Mixing Tank with double-decked chill down jacket and mirror polishing, water chill down during operation, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 °; multiple barrels can be customized for easy use.
4. Strong non-standard: the lifting form is electric, and the explosion-proof type can be customized without standard; the material contact part can be made of SS304 or SS316L material, which supports the customization of high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive and corrosion working conditions.
Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, it drives the dial rod and the dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the high-density zirconia beads continue to collide and rub, so that the material particle size becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

Steps
1. Start the device and adjust the speed: Use the built-in energy-saving inverter to control the start and speed of the device.
2. Lifting operation: Adjust the position of the equipment through the electric lifting device.
3. Material handling: The material is sucked into the grinding cavity and rubbed against the zirconia beads to disperse the grinding.
4. Chill down operation: Water chilled down Mixing Tank jacket when the equipment is running.
5. Cleaning equipment: Use solvent circulation to clean the grinding chamber.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• If there are high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other working conditions, detailed data must be provided to tailor.
• The equipment is non-explosion-proof, and the non-standard option is selected when the explosion-proof type needs to be customized.
• Clean in time after use to keep the equipment clean.
