Overview
Pneumatic Lifting Basket Grinder MXY-3 is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment, suitable for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete two processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, thus effectively reducing the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 2800rpm, powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive, zirconia dial rod makes the grinding medium produce irregular movement, quickly reduce the powder particle size; separation plate adopts CNC numerical control processing of the whole material, long life without blockage.

Easy to operate, easy to clean: its own energy-saving inverter, can directly control the start and speed; through the cylinder and pneumatic control valve to achieve the lifting of the grinding device, the operation is simple; with manual clamping device, can quickly fix the grinding barrel; frame with casters, easy to move.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: the batching barrel with double-decked chill down jacket, running water chill down, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 °; can be customized grinding cavity with chill down.
4. Non-standard strong: non-standard custom explosion-proof, zirconia material grinding cavity or SS316L stainless steel equipment material.
Principle
The operation of the motor drives the dial rod and the bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the upper part of the dispersion disc and the inside of the basket cavity form a vacuum, and the Stock is sucked into the basket grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity generates force in all directions, and the material particles are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, and the particle size becomes smaller; the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc generates eddy current to suck out the material in the cavity and recycle it to the feed to achieve the dispersion mixing effect. Control the cylinder work through the swirl/spin valve or the solenoid valve point operation, and use the cylinder lift to drive the motor and the working head to rise and fall.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements
Standards
Material contact parts can be customized according to material characteristics 304/316/Hastelloy/Titanium Molybdenum Nickel Alloy and other materials
Steps
1. Pour material into Mixing Tank with double-decked chill down jacket.
2. Use the manual clamping device to quickly fix the grinding bucket.
3. Control the grinding device to the working position through the pneumatic control valve.
4. Start the equipment and adjust it to the required Rotation speed (0~ 1500rpm) through the energy-saving inverter.
5. Equipment operation, the material is sucked into the grinding chamber for dispersion and grinding.
6. During operation, water can be chilled down to the Mixing Tank jacket.
7. After the grinding is completed, raise the grinding device through the pneumatic control valve.
8. Conduct equipment cleaning.
Notice
• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
• Grinding medium is 1.2-2 mm pure zirconia beads.
• Recommended grinding capacity is 20~ 80L.
• When the equipment is running, make sure that the grinding bucket is fixed to prevent displacement.
• Pay attention to observe the temperature rise, it should be less than 10 degrees.
• Select the appropriate contact material (e.g. 304/316 stainless steel, etc.) according to the material characteristics.
• Non-standard customization requirements (such as explosion-proof, special materials) need to be communicated in advance.
