Overview
Laboratory Electric Lifting Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-C1.5) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment, suitable for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete two processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, which can effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, high-speed collision and friction of the grinding medium driven by the zirconia lever, so that the particle size of the powder quickly becomes smaller, the fineness of grinding can generally reach 10um or less, and the liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can reach sub-micron or even nano level. The separation plate is processed by CNC numerical control of the whole material, which does not block and has a long life.

Easy to operate, easy to clean: its own energy-saving inverter, can directly control the start and speed; equipped with electric lifting device, easy to operate; can achieve relatively closed ground, less solvent volatilization; grinding cavity design is unique, can be directly solvent cycle cleaning; the whole machine adopts stainless steel design, beautiful and easy to clean.
3. Small temperature rise, product stability: the batching barrel with double-decked chill down jacket, barrel mirror polishing treatment, running water chill down, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ℃, can effectively maintain product stability.

Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with high-density zirconia beads in the cavity, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements.
Steps
1. Before starting the equipment, make sure that the cartridge (standard double-decked 10L) is installed in place and can be cooled down with water as needed.
2. Control the start through the energy-saving inverter that comes with the device, and adjust the Rotation speed within the range of 0-3000rpm according to the material requirements.
3. Use the electric lifting device to lower the basket body (volume 0.5L) containing the grinding medium (zirconia beads, particle size 0.8-2 mm) into the barrel.
4. The material is sucked into the grinding cavity under negative pressure and begins the dispersion grinding process.
5. After the grinding is completed, the basket body is raised, and the direct solvent circulation function of the equipment design can be used for cleaning.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for medium and low viscosity materials with material viscosity ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• Zirconia beads are recommended for grinding media. Particle size range is 0.8-2 mm.
• The standard barrel of the equipment is double-decked chill down jacket design, and it is recommended to pass water chill down to control the temperature rise during operation.
• When cleaning, the unique design of the grinding chamber can be used for direct solvent circulation cleaning.
• If there are special working conditions such as high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion, etc., detailed data must be provided for tailor-made.
• The lifting method of the equipment is electric, and the lifting Travel is 350mm. Please pay attention to safety when operating.
