Overview
MUXUAN MXY-4 Basket Grinder is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment suitable for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete both dispersion and grinding processes at the same time, which can effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 2800rpm, zirconia lever is used to drive the grinding medium to produce irregular high-speed movement, and the particle size of the powder is quickly reduced; the separation plate is processed by CNC numerical control of the whole material, long life and low maintenance cost.
2. Easy to operate, easy to clean: its own energy-saving inverter, can directly control the start and speed; pneumatic control lifting, simple operation; with manual barrel clamping device, can quickly fix the grinding barrel; frame with casters, easy to move.

Principle
The motor operation drives the lever and bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, and sucking the Stock into the grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the lever drive cavity generates multi-directional force, which makes the material particles subject to continuous collision and friction, and the particle size becomes smaller and the range is narrowed; at the same time, the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc generates eddy current, which sucks out the material in the cavity and circulates it to the inlet, achieving a significant dispersion mixing effect. The equipment controls the cylinder work through a valve or solenoid valve, and uses the cylinder lift to drive the motor and the working head to rise and fall.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements
Steps
1. Place the material bucket under the equipment and use the manual bucket clamping device to quickly fix it.
2. Control the grinding device to the working position through the pneumatic control valve.
3. Start the equipment and adjust it to the required Rotation speed through the energy-saving inverter.
4. Equipment operation, the material is sucked into the basket grinding chamber for dispersion grinding.
5. After the grinding is completed, the grinding device is controlled to rise through the pneumatic control valve.
6. Move equipment for cleaning and subsequent operations.
Notice
Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
● When the equipment is running, make sure to chill down the jacket to control the temperature rise.
● Be sure to use the manual clamping device to fix the grinding barrel before operation to prevent the barrel body from displacing.
According to the material characteristics, the material of the contact part of the equipment can be customized (e.g. 304/316/Hastelloy/Ti-Mo-Ni alloy).
