Overview
Lab Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-C2.2) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete both dispersion and grinding processes at the same time, which can effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, driving the high-speed collision and friction of the grinding medium, the fineness of grinding can generally reach 10μm or less, and the liquid-liquid dispersion can reach sub-micron or even nano level. The separation plate is processed by CNC of the whole material, which has a long life.
2. Easy to operate, easy to clean: equipped with energy-saving inverter, can control the start and speed; equipped with electric lifting device, easy to operate; can achieve relatively closed ground, less solvent volatilization; grinding cavity design is unique, can be directly solvent cycle cleaning, the whole machine stainless steel material, easy to clean.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: standard double-decked chilled down jacket barrel, mirror polishing treatment, water chilled down during operation, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ° C. Multiple barrels of the same type can be customized for easy use.
4. Non-standard: non-standard customized explosion-proof type; material contact parts can be selected SS304, SS316L material; can be tailored according to high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other special working conditions.
Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, so that the material is sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with high-density zirconia beads in the cavity, which makes the material particle size smaller and fineness reduced.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements
Steps
1. Select the appropriate grinding medium (zirconia beads, particle size 0.8-2 mm) according to the material characteristics.
2. Add material to standard double-decked chilled down jacket.
3. Immerse the ground basket into the material through the electric lifting device.
4. Start the equipment and adjust the Rotation speed to the required range (0-3000rpm) through the energy-saving inverter.
5. During the grinding process, water can be passed to the barrel jacket to chill down.
6. After the grinding is completed, the basket body can be raised for solvent circulation cleaning.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for medium and low viscosity materials with a viscosity of ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• Before grinding, make sure that the material is compatible with the material in contact with the equipment (such as SS304/SS316L).
• Make sure to chill down the water when running to control the temperature rise.
• When cleaning, please follow the equipment instructions and use a suitable solvent for cyclic cleaning.
• If there are special working conditions such as high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion, etc., detailed data should be provided in advance for customization.
• The equipment is non-explosion-proof, please use it in a suitable environment. If explosion-proof is required, non-standard customization is required.
