MUXUAN MXY-7.5 Basket Grinder is a pneumatic lift basket Grinder, an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete two production processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, so as to effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.

1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 2800rpm, powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive, zirconia dial rod causes irregular movement of the grinding medium in the cavity, high-speed collision and friction with each other, so that the powder particle size quickly becomes smaller; The separation plate adopts CNC numerical control machining of the whole material, which does not block and has a long life and reduces maintenance costs.
2. Easy to operate and easy to clean: the equipment comes with an energy-saving inverter, which can directly control the start and speed regulation of the equipment; through the cylinder as a lifting actuator, with a pneumatic control valve to control the grinding device to rise, stop, and fall, the air consumption is low, and the operation is simple; with a manual barrel clamping device, the grinding barrel can be quickly fixed to prevent the barrel from being displaced during work; the frame has casters, which takes up a small space and is easy to move.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: the batching barrel with double-decked chill down jacket, water chill down when the equipment is running, play a good chill down effect, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ℃; can be customized grinding cavity with chill down.

Principle
The motor operation of the pneumatic lift basket grinder drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the dial and the bottom dispersion disc, so that the upper part of the dispersion disc and the inside of the basket cavity form a vacuum, and the Stock is sucked into the basket grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity generates force in all directions, and the particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, the particle size becomes smaller, and the particle size range narrows; the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc produces eddy current to suck out the material in the cavity and recycle it to the feed, which has a very significant dispersion mixing effect. Through the valve swirl/spin or solenoid valve point control to achieve cylinder work, the use of cylinder lift drive motor and working head lift.
Applications
It is suitable for materials with high fineness requirements, such as interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions, etc.
Steps
1. Before starting the equipment, make sure that the Mixing Tank has been fixed by the manual bucket clamping device to prevent displacement.
2. Start the device through the energy-saving inverter that comes with the device, and adjust the Rotation speed as needed.
3. Control the grinding device to the working position through the pneumatic control valve.
4. When the equipment is running, water can be chilled down to the chilling down jacket of the Mixing Tank.
5. After the grinding is completed, the grinding device is controlled to rise through the pneumatic control valve.
6. Equipment rack with casters for easy movement.
Notice
• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
• Grinding medium is 1.2-2 mm pure zirconia beads.
• Recommended grinding capacity range is 40~ 200L.
The material of the material contact part can be customized according to the material characteristics of 304/316/Hastelloy/Titanium Molybdenum Nickel Alloy and other materials.
• Make sure that the grinding bucket is fixed during operation to prevent accidents caused by displacement during work.
