Overview
Laboratory Electric Lifting Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-C4) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed by MUXUAN brand for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete two production processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, so as to effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency and good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, which drives the high-speed collision and friction of the grinding medium, so that the particle size of the powder quickly becomes smaller; the fineness of grinding can generally reach 10um or less, and the liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can reach sub-micron or even nano level. The separation plate is processed by CNC numerical control of the whole material, which has a long life without blockage.

Easy to operate and easy to clean: the equipment comes with an energy-saving inverter, which can directly control the start-up and speed regulation; equipped with an electric lifting device, which is labor-saving and convenient to operate; can achieve relatively closed grinding, less solvent volatilization; unique design of grinding cavity, direct solvent circulation cleaning; the whole machine is designed with stainless steel, which is beautiful and easy to clean.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: the batching barrel has a double-decked chill down jacket, and the barrel is mirror polished; the water is cooled down during operation, and the conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ° C; multiple matching barrels of the same model can be customized, which is convenient to use.

Strong non-standard: lifting form is electric; non-standard customized explosion-proof type; material contact parts can be made of SS304, SS316L material; according to high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other special working conditions to provide tailor-made services.
Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, the dial rod and dispersion disc are driven to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with the high-density zirconia beads in the grinding cavity, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements. Applicable material viscosity ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
Steps
1. Equipment startup and speed regulation are directly controlled by the built-in energy-saving inverter.
2. Operate through an electric lifting device to achieve the lifting of the basket.
3. During the grinding process, the double-decked chill down jacket of the Mixing Tank can be cooled down with water.
4. After grinding, the unique design of the grinding chamber can be used for direct solvent circulation cleaning.

• This equipment is suitable for medium and low viscosity materials with a viscosity of ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• The standard grinding medium of the equipment is zirconia beads, and the particle size is 1.4-1 mm.
• The barrel is designed with double-decked chill down jacket. When grinding, it is recommended to pass water to chill down to control the temperature rise.
• If there are special working conditions such as high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion, etc., detailed data must be provided for tailor-made.
• Material contact parts can be customized as SS304 or SS316L materials according to requirements.
• The lifting method of the equipment is electric, and the lifting Travel is 500mm.
