Principle
The motor operation of the pneumatic lift basket grinder drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the dial and the bottom dispersion disc, so that the upper part of the dispersion disc and the inside of the basket cavity form a vacuum, and the Stock is sucked into the basket grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity generates force in all directions, and the particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, the particle size becomes smaller, and the particle size range narrows; the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc produces eddy current to suck out the material in the cavity and recycle it to the feed, which has a very significant dispersion mixing effect. Through the valve swirl/spin or solenoid valve point control to achieve cylinder work, the use of cylinder lift drive motor and working head lift.
Applications
It is suitable for materials with high fineness requirements, such as interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions, etc.
Steps
1. Start the device: Control the device to start through the energy-saving inverter that comes with the device.
2. Speed regulation: Adjust the equipment Rotation speed through the frequency converter (speed range 0~ 1500rpm).
3. Lifting control: control the rise, stop and fall of the grinding device through the pneumatic control valve.

• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
• Before use, make sure that the manual barrel clamping device has firmly fixed the grinding barrel to prevent accidents caused by the displacement of the barrel during work.
• When the equipment is running, pay attention to observe the temperature rise. The conventional temperature rise should be less than 10 ° C. If necessary, the chill down jacket can be used to chill down.
• According to the material characteristics, the material of the material contact part can be customized with 304/316/Hastelloy/Titanium Molybdenum Nickel Alloy and other materials.
• When the equipment is moved, it can be operated with rack casters.
