MUXUAN SWS-B0.5 laboratory rod pin horizontal sand mill is a high-performance wet grinding equipment with continuous working mode. The equipment adopts imported ultra-fine pure zirconia beads, which have the advantages of high grinding efficiency, good fineness, wide use range and good Abrasion Resistance. Its cavity is lined with zirconia to reduce pollution; increase the chilling down area and efficiency to solve the problem of difficult heat dissipation; and is equipped with a self-circulation system, no need for another transfer pump, reducing the difficulty of cleaning.

Principle
The device adopts a rod-pin structure, and the core grinding components are all made of zirconia ceramics. When the device is running, the powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drives the zirconia lever, which causes the grinding medium (pure zirconia beads) in the cavity to move irregularly, collide and rub with each other at high speed, so as to quickly grind the material to the required fineness.

Steps
1. Manually pour the materials that need to be ground into the hopper.
2. Turn on the machine, the equipment has a self-circulation function, which can automatically complete the grinding process.
3. After the grinding is completed, the material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the grinding chamber.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V/380V 50HZ, and the corresponding level is selected according to customer requirements.
• The grinding medium is pure zirconia beads, and the specifications need to be selected, and the range is 1.0-2. 2mm.
• When the equipment is running, make sure that the double-decked chill down of the ground cavity is cooled down to control the temperature rise.
• The standard applicable material viscosity of the equipment is below 6000cP.
• Processing capacity recommended ≥ 0.3L.
