Overview
SWS-B1 is a high-performance wet grinding machine with a continuous working mode. The equipment uses imported ultra-fine pure zirconia beads, which have the advantages of high grinding efficiency, good fineness, wide use range and good Abrasion Resistance. The cavity is lined with zirconia to reduce pollution, and is equipped with a large chill down area and a self-circulation system to effectively solve the heat dissipation problem and simplify the cleaning process.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, using arc impeller kinetic energy drive and zirconia lever to make the grinding medium high-speed collision, friction, and quickly reduce the particle size of the powder; the separation plate adopts CNC numerical control processing of the whole material, no blockage, long life.
2. Easy to operate and easy to clean: with its own energy-saving inverter, it can directly control the start-up and speed regulation; equipped with self-circulation function, no need for another transfer pump, simplifying operation and cleaning; the cavity is lined with zirconia to reduce pollution.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: ground cavity with double-decked chill down jacket, running water chill down, chill down effect is good.
4. Strong non-standard, long service life: overall stainless steel design, double-ended mechanical sealing, durable and leak-free; non-standard custom explosion-proof, zirconia material cavity or SS316L stainless steel material.
5. Easy to operate: As a test machine, it is small in size, high in efficiency, and highly operable.
6. Wide range of applicable viscosity: Standard for materials below 6000cP.

Principle
Rotation speed can reach 3000rpm. The powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drives the zirconia lever, which makes the grinding medium (pure zirconia beads) in the cavity move irregularly, collide and rub with each other at high speed, so as to quickly grind the particle size of the material powder. The ground material is separated by the separation plate machined by CNC to complete the grinding process.

Coatings, inks, pigments, colorants, cosmetics, pesticides, interior-wall latex paints, industrial paints, wood paints, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions
Steps
1. Manually pour the materials that need to be ground into the hopper.
2. Turn on the machine, the equipment has its own self-circulation function, and start the grinding process.
3. After the grinding is completed, the material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the grinding chamber.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V/380V 50HZ, and the corresponding level needs to be selected according to customer requirements.
• The grinding medium needs to use pure zirconia beads, and the specifications are selected within the range of 1.0-2. 2mm.
The equipment is standard for materials with a viscosity below 6000 cP.
• When the equipment is running, make sure that the double-decked chill down of the ground cavity is cooled down to control the temperature rise.
• Non-standard customization (e.g. explosion-proof type, specific material) shall be carried out according to customer requirements.
