Overview

Principle
The equipment adopts a rod-pin structure, and the core grinding components are all made of zirconia ceramics. When working, the equipment Rotation speed can reach 3000rpm. Driven by powerful arc impeller kinetic energy, the zirconia dial rod drives the grinding medium (pure zirconia beads) in the cavity to produce irregular movement, colliding and rubbing with each other at high speed, so that the powder particle size quickly becomes smaller. The grinding cavity has a double-decked chill down jacket, which is cooled down by water during operation to control the temperature rise. The material is ground in the grinding chamber domestic circulation through the self-circulation system, without the need for another conveyor pump.

Steps
1. Pour the material to be ground into the hopper.
2. Turn on the machine, and the equipment completes the grinding process through the self-circulation function.
3. After the grinding is completed, the material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the grinding chamber.

• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V/380V 50HZ, and the corresponding level needs to be selected according to customer requirements.
• The grinding medium is pure zirconia beads, and the specifications should be selected within the range of 1.0-2. 2mm.
• The optional range of grinding cavity volume is 0.5L-2L.
• The standard applicable viscosity of the equipment is below 6000cP.
• When the equipment is running, the ground cavity double-decked chill down jacket needs to be cooled down by water to control the temperature rise.
