Overview
MUXUAN MXY-4 (Hydraulic) Basket Grinder is a batch industrial production equipment that integrates dispersion and grinding functions. Principle
The motor drives the lever and bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum inside the grinding basket cavity and sucking the Stock into the cavity. The lever drives the grinding medium to generate irregular motion, which reduces the particle size and distribution of the material through collision and friction. At the same time, the dispersion disc generates an eddy current to extract the ground material and circulate it to the feed port to achieve dispersion mixing. The lifting of the equipment is completed by the hydraulic pump driving the hydraulic plunger.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements.
Steps
1. Control the grinding device to descend into the grinding bucket through the hydraulic system.
2. Use the clamping device to quickly fix the grinding bucket.
3. Start the motor and adjust the Rotation speed according to the process requirements for grinding.
4. After the grinding is completed, raise the grinding device through the hydraulic system.
5. Clean the equipment to change the variety or Color.
Notice
* Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
* When the equipment is running, make sure to chill down the jacket and pass water to control the temperature rise.
* Before operation, confirm that the grinding barrel has been fixed to prevent displacement.
Select the appropriate equipment contact material (e.g. 304/316 stainless steel, etc.) according to the material characteristics.
* Please operate strictly according to the equipment parameters (such as Power, Rotation speed, grinding capacity).
