Principle
The motor operation drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum inside the grinding basket cavity and sucking the Stock into the grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity generates irregular movement, and the particle size and distribution are narrowed by the continuous collision and friction of the medium on the material particles. At the same time, the eddy current generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the dispersion disc pulls the ground material out of the cavity to realize the circulation and mixing of the material. The equipment drives the hydraulic plunger through the hydraulic pump to drive the entire transmission mechanism and grinding device to lift and lower.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements.
Steps
1, through the hydraulic pump control, the grinding device down to the grinding barrel.
2. Use the clamping device to quickly fix the grinding bucket.
3. Start the motor and adjust the Rotation speed (0-1100rpm range) according to the process requirements.
4. The equipment automatically sucks the material into the grinding chamber for circulating grinding.
5. After the grinding is completed, the grinding device is raised through hydraulic control.
6. Clean the equipment to change the variety or Color.

• This equipment is suitable for medium and low viscosity fluids with viscosity ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
• 1.2-2 pure zirconia beads are recommended for grinding media.
• When the equipment is running, ensure that the grinding bucket is firmly fixed by the clamping device to prevent displacement.
• According to the material characteristics, the material of the contact part of the equipment can be customized (such as 304/316 stainless steel, etc.).
• Pay attention to the grinding volume range corresponding to the equipment model (MXY-22 model is 150-800L) to avoid overload operation.
