Overview
MUXUAN MXY-30 (Hydraulic) Basket Grinder is a batch industrial production equipment integrating dispersion and grinding, suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids. The equipment adopts hydraulic lifting structure, stable operation, reasonable design of grinding basket, easy to clean and replace product varieties, is an ideal grinding equipment for multi-variety and multi-Color products.
Features
1, high grinding efficiency, good product fineness: strong kinetic energy drive zirconia lever to produce irregular high-speed movement of grinding medium, rapid reduction of powder particle size, fineness of grinding can generally reach about 5um, some products can reach sub-micron or even nano scale.
2, easy to operate: through the hydraulic pump control cylinder to achieve stable lifting of the grinding device, simple operation; equipped with clamp device can quickly fix the grinding barrel to prevent displacement.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: standard double-decked chill down jacket Mixing Tank, running water chill down, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ℃; grinding cavity can be customized chill down function.
4. Strong non-standard: explosion-proof and vacuum equipment can be customized; zirconia material can be customized for grinding cavity; SS316L stainless steel can be customized for equipment material.
Principle
When the basket Grinder is working, the motor drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, and sucking the Stock into the grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity produces multi-directional irregular motion, and the material particles are continuously collided and rubbed by the medium, resulting in smaller particle size and narrower distribution. At the same time, the eddy current generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the dispersion disc pulls the material out of the cavity and recirculates it to the feed port to achieve a significant dispersion mixing effect. The equipment drives the hydraulic plunger through the hydraulic pump, which drives the entire transmission mechanism and grinding device to lift and lower.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements.
Steps
1. Control the cylinder through the hydraulic pump and raise the grinding device.
2. Use the clamping device to quickly fix the grinding bucket in place.
3. Add the ground material to the barrel.
4, control the hydraulic system to lower the grinding device to the working position.
5. Start the motor and set the required Rotation speed for ground dispersion.
6. After the grinding is completed, raise the grinding device, take out the finished product and clean the equipment.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for fluids with material viscosity ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
• 1.2-2 pure zirconia beads are recommended for grinding media.
• When the equipment is running, make sure that the Mixing Tank chills down the jacket to control the temperature rise.
• Be sure to use the clamping device to fix the grinding bucket before operation to prevent working displacement.
• Material contact parts can be customized according to material characteristics, such as 304/316 stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy, etc.
