Overview
MUXUAN MXY-37 (Hydraulic) Basket Grinder is an intermittent industrial production equipment integrating dispersion and grinding, suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids. The equipment adopts hydraulic cylinder lifting, stable operation and environmental protection without leakage. Its grinding basket structure is reasonably designed, which is easy to clean and replace product varieties and Colors. It is an ideal grinding equipment for multi-variety and multi-Color production.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency and good product fineness: Powerful kinetic energy drives zirconia dials to make the grinding medium move at high speed, quickly reducing the particle size of the powder, the fineness can generally reach about 5 microns, and some can reach sub-micron or even nano-scale.
2, easy to operate: through the hydraulic pump to control the lifting of the grinding device, the operation is simple and stable; equipped with a clamp device can quickly fix the grinding bucket to prevent displacement.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: standard double-decked chill down jacket barrel, running water chill down, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ℃; grinding cavity can also be customized chill down function.
4. Strong non-standard: explosion-proof and vacuum equipment can be customized; zirconia material can be selected for the grinding cavity; SS316L stainless steel can be selected for the equipment material.
Principle
The motor operation drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum inside the grinding basket cavity and sucking the Stock into the grinding cavity. The dial drives the grinding medium in the cavity to generate multi-directional motion, and the particle size and distribution are reduced and narrowed by the continuous collision and friction of the medium on the material particles. At the same time, the dispersion disc high-speed swirl/spin generates eddy current, which extracts the ground material and circulates it to the feed port to achieve the dispersion mixing effect. The equipment lift is completed by the hydraulic pump driving the hydraulic plunger, which drives the entire transmission and grinding device to move.

Steps
1, through the hydraulic pump control, the grinding device rises.
2. Place the grinding bucket with the material in place and use the clamp device to quickly fix it.
3. Control the hydraulic pump to lower the grinding device and immerse the grinding basket in the material.
4. Start the motor and set the Rotation speed according to the process requirements for grinding dispersion.
5. After the grinding is completed, stop the motor and control the hydraulic pump to raise the grinding device.
6. Remove the grinding bucket and clean the equipment to change the variety or Color.
Notice
• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPa · s).
• Before the equipment runs, be sure to use the clamp device to fix the grinding barrel to prevent accidents caused by the displacement of the barrel body.
• According to the material characteristics, the material of the contact part of the equipment can be customized (such as 304/316 stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc.).
• Pay attention to observe the operating status of the equipment and ensure that the chill down system works normally to control the temperature rise.
• Maintain the hydraulic system regularly to ensure smooth lifting and no leakage.
