Overview
MUXUAN MXY-75 (Hydraulic) Basket Grinder is an intermittent industrial production equipment that integrates dispersion and grinding functions. It is suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids. The equipment adopts hydraulic cylinder lifting, stable operation, reasonable design of grinding basket structure, easy to clean and replace product varieties, and is an ideal grinding equipment for multi-variety and multi-Color materials.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness, fineness of grinding can generally reach about 5um, and some products can reach sub-micron or even nano-scale.
2, easy to operate, through the hydraulic pump to control the lifting of the grinding device, the operation is simple and stable, and equipped with a holding device to fix the grinding bucket.
3, the temperature rise is small, the product is stable, the batching barrel with double-decked chill down jacket, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ℃, and can be customized grinding cavity chill down.
4, non-standard, can be customized explosion-proof, vacuum equipment, ground cavity can be customized zirconia material, equipment material can be customized SS316L stainless steel.
Principle
When the basket Grinder is working, the motor drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, and sucking the Stock into the grinding cavity. The grinding medium in the dial drive cavity generates irregular movement, causing the material particles to be continuously collided and rubbed by the medium and the particle size becomes smaller. At the same time, the eddy current generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the dispersion disc extracts the material in the cavity and circulates it to the inlet port to achieve the dispersion mixing effect. The equipment drives the hydraulic plunger through the hydraulic pump to drive the entire transmission mechanism and grinding device to lift and lower.

Steps
1, through the hydraulic pump control, the grinding device down to the grinding barrel.
2. Use the clamping device to quickly fix the grinding bucket.
3, start equipment, motor drive lever and dispersion disc swirl/spin grinding.
4, after the grinding is completed, the hydraulic pump controls the grinding device to rise.
5. Conduct equipment cleaning to prepare for the replacement of product varieties.
Notice
• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000cps (mPas).
• Before the equipment runs, make sure that the grinding bucket has been fixed by the holding device to prevent displacement.
• According to the material characteristics, the material of the material contact part can be customized (such as 304/316 stainless steel, etc.).
• Note the equipment specifications: Motor Power 75kw, Speed Range 0~ 900rpm, Travel 1500mm.
• Grinding medium is 1.2-2 pure zirconia, and the single grinding amount range is 600-3000L.
