Overview
QSM-2 laboratory sand mill is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed by MUXUAN brand for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can effectively reduce the fineness of materials in a short time.
Features
1. Economical and practical, suitable for laboratory environment.
2. It can operate stably for a long time with little noise.
3. High-speed swirl/spin design can quickly reduce material fineness.
4. Simple structure and easy operation.
Principle
The equipment drives Stirrer components to swirl/spin at a high speed of 1400 rpm through an electric motor. The high-density grinding beads in the grinding tank and the material continue to collide and rub during rapid swirl/spin and flipping, resulting in strong tensile shear and Impact force, so as to achieve the effect of grinding and dispersing materials, reducing particle size and reducing fineness.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions
Steps
1. Install the Stirrer part clockwise on the connecting sleeve with 19 #and 30 #wrenches.
2. Install the grinding tank on the base and fix it with T-bolts.
3. Add 500g-700g Coating and equal amount of sand to the grinding tank, lower the motor and rotor parts, cover the upper cover, adjust the stirring parts to the use position (refer to the spindle reticle) and lock the handle.
4. Connect the chilled down waterway as needed.
5, turn on the switch, start the machine to disperse grinding.
6. Turn off the motor after the grinding is over, use the Gindometer inspection Coating fineness, and continue to grind if it fails.
7. Release the handle to raise the motor and remove the Stirrer component with a wrench.
8. Pour the coatings and sand grains in the grinding tank into the Filter to filtrate.
Notice
• Do not bring Miscellaneous hard objects into the grinding tank when grinding.
• Stirrer parts, grinding tanks and Filters should be cleaned in time after use for next use.
• Note that Stirrer should be turned clockwise when operating.
• Ground material viscosity should be ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).
