Defelsko PosiTest G Coating thickness gauge is a Dial Coating thickness gauge produced and developed by Defelsko in the United States. It has a simple shape structure and does not require battery power supply. It prompts the completion of measurement through the pointer meter and sound. It is small in size and convenient to carry. PosiTest G Coating thickness gauge is suitable for measurement of nonmagnetic coatings on steel. It is suitable for thickness measurement of phosphating films on Eletroplating, thin paint films, and steel. Measurement range is 0~ 200 microns.

Principle

Steps
1. Place the Coating thickness gauge vertically on the tested object so that the Probe can contact the surface of the tested object
2. Press the GO/NO-GO button of the PosiTest G Coating thickness gauge (that is, the gold button on the thickness gauge)
3. Gently wave the runner until you hear a "click". At this time, the thickness indicated by the dial pointer is the thickness of the coating to be measured
