Principle
SHG-750 wet film thickness gauge adopts the principle of Wet Film Comb. By pressing the tooth-shaped measurement surface of the instrument into the wet-film surface, the wet film thickness is determined according to the contact between the tooth tip and the substrate, and the thickness measurement is realized quickly and accurately.

Steps
1. Press the wet film thickness gauge vertically into the wet-film surface to be tested
2. Ensure that the tooth tip is in contact with the substrate
3. Read the scale value corresponding to the tooth tip
4. Record measurement results

• Keep the instrument vertical during measurement
• Ensure that the measurement surface is flat and clean
• Avoid moving the instrument when wet-film is not curing
• Clean the surface of the instrument in time after use
