Overview
The Fungilab EVO EXPERT L rotational viscometer is a High Accuracy measuring instrument for the measurement of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity, supporting multi-step program measurements and multiple data model analysis. Equipped with a touch display and PT100 temperature probe, it is suitable for a wide range of viscosity and temperature conditions.

Principle
By swirling/spinning the rotor in the sample, the measurement swirl/spin resistance is converted into viscosity value. Use the PT100 temperature probe to monitor the sample temperature in real time and calculate the kinematic viscosity based on the density value entered by the customer. Shear stress and shear rate need to be displayed with a coaxial rotor.

Steps
1. Install rotor and protective legs, connect PT100 temperature probe
2. Turn on the power supply and perform instrument self-test
3. Select or edit measurement program, set Rotation speed and parameters
4. Enter sample density values (e.g. measurement kinematic viscosity)
5. Start measurement, observe data in real time Linear dispersion
6. Use FDB software to record and analyze data
7. Clean the rotor after measurement
Notice
• Shear stress and shear rate need to be matched with a coaxial rotor to display
• The customer needs to enter the sample density value before measuring kinematic viscosity
• Ultra-low viscosity measurement requires an ultra-low viscosity adapter
• Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally, use the 3-level leveling knob to adjust
• Periodically calibrated for Measurement accuracy
• Clean the rotor in time after use to avoid sample residue
