Overview
Fungilab Viscolead Adv H is a rotational viscometer for the measurement of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity of liquids with a wide Measurement range and multiple functions for use in laboratory and industrial environments.
Features
1. Data display: Rotation speed, viscosity, sample temperature, shear stress, rotor, full scale percentage, shear rate and density can be displayed.
2 viscosity measurement: support dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity measurement, the customer needs to enter the sample density value.
3. Unit conversion: SI units are converted to CGS units.
4. Program measurement: can store 10 programs, support TTT and TTS Measurement mode.
5. Self-check function: with Self-check function, sound and light alarm reminder.
6. Range function: Automatically calculate the maximum range under the combination of selected rotor and Rotation speed.
7. Data logging function: It can record data within a set time period and generate an Excel file.
8. Temperature reading: Read the temperature through PT100.
9. Adjustment: Users can customize viscosity and temperature calibrate.
10. Multi-language support: 10 languages are available, including Chinese.
11. Data export: Download the data to the computer Excel and print it through the Datalogger software.
Principle
The Viscometer calculates viscosity by swirl/spin rotor to produce shear in the sample, measurement torque and Rotation speed. When using coaxial rotors, shear stress and shear rate can be displayed. Temperature is monitored in real time by PT100 Probe.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Install the rotor and protective legs.
3. Enter the sample density value (if required).
4. Select the rotor and Rotation speed combination.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically calculates the range.
6. Read and record data, which can be exported to Excel via USB.
Notice
• Shear stress and shear rate are displayed only when matching coaxial rotors.
• The customer needs to enter the sample density value before measuring kinematic viscosity.
• Make sure the instrument passes the self-test before use.
• Avoid operating in environments outside the Temperature range.
• Periodically calibrated to maintain accuracy.
