Features
1. Color 6-key touch button operation, intuitive graphical display
2. Support a variety of data display: Rotation speed, rotor, viscosity, full scale percentage, sample temperature, shear speed, shear stress, density
3. Can measure dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity, support unit conversion
4. Program measurement function, can store 10 programs, support TTT and TTS Measurement mode
5. Self-check function, sound and light alarm reminder, with upper and lower limit alarm
6. Automatically calculate the range, and generate Excel files for data recording
7. Read the temperature through PT100, the user can customize the viscosity and temperature calibrate
8. Available in 10 languages, including Chinese
Principle
The rotational viscometer calculates viscosity by measuring swirl/spin resistance of the rotor in the sample. When the combination of rotor and Rotation speed is selected, the instrument automatically calculates the maximum range and displays dynamic viscosity or kinematic viscosity (density required). It uses the PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the sample temperature to ensure Measurement accuracy.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, petroleum, coatings, scientific research
Standards
Calibrated certificate
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on, select Operating language
2. Install rotor and PT100 temperature sensor
3. Input sample density (for kinematic viscosity measurement)
4. Select the rotor and Rotation speed combination, the instrument automatically calculates the range
5. Start measurement, data is automatically displayed and recorded
6. Optional program mode or custom calibrated
7. After the measurement is completed, export the data file
Notice
• Shear stress and shear rate are displayed only when using coaxial rotors
• Sample density must be entered before measurement of kinematic viscosity
• Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally and use the leveling knob to adjust
• Avoid use beyond range or Temperature range
• Regularly calibrate for accuracy, refer to Operation Manual for maintenance
• Ensure compatibility when using optional Accessories
