Overview
The Fungilab EVO EXPERT H rotational viscometer is a High Accuracy measuring instrument for a wide range of viscosity ranges. Equipped with a touch display and multiple functions, it supports real-time data display and programmed measurement, and is widely used in laboratories and industries.
Features
1. Data display includes Rotation speed, viscosity, sample temperature, shear stress, rotor, percentage of full scale, shear speed and density.
2. viscosity measurement supports dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity.
3. Unit conversion function, which can convert SI units into CGS units.
4. Program Measurement mode, can customize Rotation speed, store 9 programs, support TTT and TTS Measurement mode, and multi-step and layer measurement.
5. Data models include Bingham, Casson, Casson NCA/CMA, Power Law, IPC Paste, Herschel-BulkLey, Thix index, and others.
6. Self-check function, with sound and light alarm reminder.
7. The range function automatically calculates the maximum range and reads the temperature through the RTD PT100 temperature probe.
8. User-defined viscosity and temperature calibrated.
9. 10 languages to choose from.
Principle
The rotational viscometer calculates viscosity by swirling/spinning the rotor through the sample, measuring torque and Rotation speed. It uses the PT100 temperature probe to monitor the sample temperature in real time and calculates kinematic viscosity based on the density value entered by the user. Shear stress and shear rate need to be matched with a coaxial rotor to display.
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select and install the appropriate rotor.
3. Enter the sample density value (e.g. measurement kinematic viscosity).
4. Set Rotation speed or select Program Measurement mode.
5. Start the measurement and observe the data in real time.
6. Use FDB software to record and analyze results.
Notice
• Shear stress and shear rate need to be matched with a coaxial rotor to display.
• The customer needs to enter the sample density value before measuring kinematic viscosity.
• Make sure the equipment is leveled before use.
• Avoid operating beyond the range of specifications.
• Periodically calibrated to ensure Measurement accuracy.
