Overview
The Fungilab V-pad R rotational viscometer is a High Accuracy measuring instrument for a variety of viscosity measurement scenarios. It supports dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity measurement and can be remotely controlled via a tablet, providing a multilingual interface and real-time data graphical display.

Principle
The V-pad R rotational viscometer calculates the viscosity by swirling/spinning the rotor in the sample and measuring the resistance. It supports dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity measurement. Kinematic viscosity requires the customer to enter the sample density value in advance. Shear stress and shear rate need to be matched with coaxial rotor L2C + L3C to display.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate rotor.
2. Enter the sample density value (e.g. measurement kinematic viscosity).
3. Set Rotation speed or select Program Measurement mode.
4. Start measurement and monitor data in real time.
5. Export data to PDF or CSV format.
Notice
• Shear stress and shear rate need to be matched with coaxial rotor L2C + L3C to display.
• The customer needs to enter the sample density value before kinematic viscosity measurement.
Rotation speed of 60rpm is recommended for R-1 rotor, higher Rotation speed may cause measurement instability.
• The viscosity range is from 0.1 to 200RPM, and an LCP adapter is recommended, otherwise the minimum viscosity is 15CP.
• Adjustment will be reset to factory calibrated when enabled.
• When using Accessories, ensure compatibility.
