Overview
TBJ-B2-XB + RDS 9 #3/8 "Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator, all imported accessories, at an affordable price. The device ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader's gluing effect by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a stable pressure. It is designed to solve the inconsistencies caused by artificial films due to factors such as speed and pressure, and significantly improve the reproducibility of the film. The machine comes standard with RDS 9 bar, which is used for scraping polymer films with a thickness of 20.6 μm.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator is driven by a motor to realize that the film applicator (such as bar or drawdown blade) moves uniformly on the substrate at a preset constant speed and pressure. Its core lies in replacing manual operation and precisely controlling the key parameters (speed and pressure) that affect the film mass by mechanical means, so as to scrape and paint wet-films with precise thickness and high conformity on various substrates.
