The 754N UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument of the SHANGFEN brand. Principle
The instrument works based on the absorption characteristics of ultraviolet-visible light by substances. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a monochromator (using a holographic blazing grating) to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. This monochromatic light passes through the sample solution under test and is selectively absorbed by the substance to be tested. The transmitted light is received by the Detector (imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell) and converted into an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcomputer measurement system. Finally, the light transmitance (T), Absorbance (A) or concentration (C) of the sample are calculated, so as to realize the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the substance.
