Principle
The coating rod controls the transfer amount of the Spreader liquid through the groove specification. The transfer amount of the Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove specification of the D-Bar. Under the same 1mm area, the D-Bar is applied more. Coating Weight is affected by the Spreader condition and the physical characteristics of the Spreader liquid, and the 1mm area data is for reference only.
