Principle
Light spectrum of the sample is analyzed by means of a concave grating and a dual array CMOS detector. The reflection measurement adopts D/8 structure (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception), and the transmission measurement adopts D/0 structure (diffuse illumination, 0 ° direction reception). Steps
1. Instrument preheating correction.
