Overview
The YS4560Plus grating Colorimeter adopts a 45/0 geometrical optics structure, which conforms to the CIE No. 15 standard, and accurately measures sample reflectance and chroma data through concave grating spectroscopy. Equipped with a dual measurement aperture of φ 8mm and φ 4mm and a separate UV Illuminant, it is suitable for Color measurement and quality control in traffic signs, plastic electronics, paints, Spinning & weaving garment printing, printing, ceramics and other industries, and can measure fluorescent samples.

Principle
The instrument uses a 45/0 geometrical optics structure, that is, a 45-degree annular illumination and a 0-degree reception. Light spectrum data is analyzed by a concave grating spectroscopy method, and light spectrum data is captured by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS detector. The combined LED Illuminant contains a UV Illuminant, which can measure fluorescent samples, calculate reflectance and various chroma parameters.

Steps
1. Select the measurement diameter (φ 4mm or φ 8mm)
2. Turn on or remove UV Illuminants as needed
3. Measurement parameters set by Touchscreen
4. Align instrument to sample for single or average measurement
5. View Light spectrum, chromatic values or color difference results
6. Use USB or Bluetooth to transfer data to the PC software
