Overview
The TS8450 is a portable Benchtop Colorimeter with a 45/0 Optical inspection structure. It combines a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor and an imported whiteboard to ensure the measurement speed while maintaining the convenience of operation. The instrument has high Repeatability (Delta E * ab within 0.02) and low Inter-instrument Agreement (Delta E * ab within 0.15), which is suitable for precise Color analysis and transmission in the laboratory. The instrument is especially suitable for luminance factor and chromaticity coordinate measurement of traffic signs, markings, and reflective films. It has built-in relevant national standard colors and supports manual custom tolerances.

Principle
The TS8450 adopts a geometrical optics structure of 45/0 (45-degree annular uniform illumination, 0-degree reception). The instrument irradiates the sample by combining a full-light spectrum LED Illuminant, splits the light with a plane grating, and receives the reflected light signal by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor. Analyze in the 400-700nm Wavelength range to calculate various color parameters of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn on and calibrate the instrument.
2. Select the appropriate measurement diameter (φ 18/8/4 mm) according to the sample.
3, Set the required Color Space, Illuminant Measurement conditions.
4. Align the instrument measurement port and stick to the surface of the sample to be tested.
5. Trigger measurement (Single or Average Measurement mode).
6. View the measurement results (Light spectrum, chromatic value, color difference, etc.) on the Touchscreen.
7. Data management, analysis, and report generation can be carried out through SQCT software.
Notice
• The instrument should be operated and stored in an environment of 0~ 40 ° C and 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
• When measuring, ensure that the measurement port is closely attached to the surface of the sample to avoid light leakage affecting the results.
• Illuminants equipped with instruments have a long lifespan, but it is still necessary to avoid frequent switching to extend the service life.
• When using UV Illuminant for fluorescence sample measurement, make sure the settings are correct.
• Regularly calibrate with a standard whiteboard to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Instrument Interface is rich, please ensure compatibility when connecting external devices.
• Optional Accessories (such as micro printers) should be purchased according to actual needs.
