Overview
Shanghai JINGTIAN SNB-3 + L0 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a wide range of measuring instrument, its LCD screen can display viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and selected rotor at the current speed measurable maximum viscosity value and other information. This model is particularly suitable for accurate measurement of ultra-low viscosity samples, sample volume only 25~ 30mL.

Principle
The digital display Rotational Viscometer works based on the principle of swirl/spin method. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample, and the Tack resistance of the rotor forms a torque. The instrument calculates the viscosity value of the sample according to the built-in physical model by measuring the torque value, combining the geometric parameters of the rotor and the speed, and displays it on the LCD screen in real time.

Steps
1. Connect the dedicated power adapter and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate rotor (L0 #, L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #) according to the estimated viscosity value.
Pour approximately 25-30 mL of sample into the measurement vessel.
4. Install the selected rotor and immerse the sample in the specified marking line.
5. Set the required speed (0.1 to 99.9 rpm) through the instrument panel.
6. Start the measurement, after the reading is stable, read the viscosity and other related data from the LCD screen.
7. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and measurement container.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
Please use the dedicated power adapter provided by the original factory.
* When selecting a rotor, ensure that the estimated sample viscosity is within the measurable range of the rotor and rotational speed combination.
The depth of the rotor immersion in the sample must be accurate to achieve the specified marking line.
* The sample temperature should be stable during the measurement process to obtain accurate results.
* After the measurement is completed, the rotor and measurement container should be thoroughly cleaned in time to prevent the sample residue from affecting the subsequent measurement or corroding the parts.
* Do not operate beyond the specified range of the instrument or in an incompatible liquid environment.
* When not in use for a long time, please store it properly in a drying environment.
