Principle
By setting abrasion Travel, speed and tilt angle, the testing machine performs reciprocating abrasion test on the sample under a specific test load, and the lateral displacement of the fixture realizes uniform abrasion, simulating the abrasion situation in actual use.

Steps
1. Place the instrument in the standard operating environment
2. Prepare specimens with a diameter of φ 16mm and a thickness of 6~ 15mm
3. Set the test load to 5N or 10N
4. Set abrasion Travel 40mm (20mm), abrasion speed 0.32m/sec, tilt angle 3 °
5. Start test for abrasion test
