Overview
The Shanghai JINGTIAN SNB-3 + printer is a digital Rotational Viscometer integrated with a micro monochrome needle printer. The Viscometer LCD screen displays viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. The range is 160 to 80,000,000 mPa · sec. The printer can perform data collection, including temperature, rotor, speed, viscosity value and percentimeter torque.

Principle
The digital display Rotational Viscometer works based on the principle of swirl/spin method. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample, and the rotor is subject to Tack resistance torque from the sample. The instrument calculates the viscosity value of the sample by measuring the torque required to maintain the rotor's uniform speed swirl/spin, and based on parameters such as rotor specifications and speed. The integrated printer collects and prints key data in the measurement process in real time or on demand.
