Overview
SNB-AI intelligent digital Viscometer is a digital display Rotational Viscometer with 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and gearless drive. It has intelligent automatic measurement and manual measurement methods. The blue screen LCD screen can directly display viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. Sample demand is small, only 10-20ml. The instrument can measure the Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids. Measurement performance and function are close to the professional level of foreign congeneric products.
Features
Adopt 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit, no gear drive, compact structure, reasonable layout.
2. With intelligent automatic measurement and manual measurement of two measurement methods.
3. Blue screen LCD digital display, directly display viscosity, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed.
4. The sample demand is small, only 10-20ml is required.
5. Optional "data collection and drawing software", support data collection, preservation and historical data comparison and other mathematical statistical analysis tasks.
6. Measurement accuracy is high (+/- 1% F. S), reproducibility is good (+/- 0.5% F. S).
7. The rotational speed supports continuously variable speed from 0.1 to 200rpm.
8. Can be connected to the printer, print temperature, rotor, speed, viscosity value and percentile torque and other information.
Principle
The instrument drives the sensor pointer with a high-subdivision stepper motor, and drives the rotor swirl/spin through the hairspring and shaft. If the rotor is not subject to liquid resistance, the hairspring Sensor pointer is in the same position as the sensor pointer of the stepper motor. If the rotor is subject to liquid viscous resistance, the hairspring generates torque to compete with it until equilibrate. At this time, the photoelectric Sensor processes the signal output to a 16-bit microcomputer processor, and finally displays the viscosity value of the liquid (mPa · s) on the LCD screen.
Applications
Oil, paints, food, papermaking, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules and other fluid viscosity measurement. With a special temperature-controlled heater, it can also be used for measurement of asphalt apparent viscosity, hot-soluble glue, paraffin, high polymer and other fluid viscosity.
Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample to be tested, choose the appropriate rotor and speed.
2. Connect the rotor to the instrument shaft.
3. Pour the sample (about 10-20 ml) into the measurement container.
4. Immerse the rotor into the sample to the specified marking line.
5. Turn on the power and select Manual or Automatic Measurement mode on the instrument.
6. Set or select the desired speed (0.1 to 200rpm continuously variable).
7. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically equilibrate and display information such as viscosity value, speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and maximum measurable viscosity.
8. After the measurement is completed, the data can be recorded or the results can be printed through the printer.
9. Clean rotors and measurement containers.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use and ensure that the input voltage of the power adapter (100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz) matches the local power grid.
* Choose the rotor and rotational speed combination correctly according to the estimated viscosity to ensure that the measurement value is within the instrument range.
* When immersing in the rotor, ensure that the liquid level reaches the marking line on the rotor rod to avoid bubbles.
* During the measurement process, the instrument should be kept stable to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
* After each use, the rotor should be thoroughly cleaned in time to prevent the sample residue from affecting the subsequent Measurement accuracy.
* When not in use for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
* If optional data collection software, please follow the software instructions to install and operate.
