Overview
Anchor pattern analyzer is a device or tool used to analyze and measure the texture, pattern or anchor pattern on the surface of an object, which can identify, repeability patterns or textures to locate or identify objects. It is widely used in computer vision, image processing, automatic recognition systems, quality control and industrial automation.
Features
1. Measurement range, covering surface contours and pits, measuring range 0~ 2000μm (maximum adjustable to 6500μm).
2. High Accuracy measurement, accuracy +/- 2μm, to ensure data accuracy.
3. The needle tip is finely designed, with a diameter of 0.2mm and a length of 8.2mm, making it suitable for fine surface inspection.
4. The base is stable, with a diameter of 30mm, making it easy to operate.
5. The unit is flexible and supports public/imperial swaps.
Principle
Anchorage instrument through the needle tip contact with the measured surface, measurement of the height from the peak to the trough, and calculate the average value, so as to obtain the surface asperity value. Glass plate before use to zero, to ensure accurate measurement reference.
Applications
Quality control, location location, automatic recognition and classification, image recognition
Steps
1. Use Glass Zero Board for zero correction.
2. Place the feet on the tested surface.
3. Probe measurement of height from crest to trough.
4. Take the average as the asperity value.
Notice
• Glass zero plate must be used before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Ensure that the feet are stably placed on the measured surface during measurement.
• Pay attention to the diameter and length of the needle tip to avoid damage or improper use.
• Choose metric or imperial units according to your needs.
