Overview
TENLIN DC-4015 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -40~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 15L. It adopts self-developed temperature control technology, featuring High Accuracy and High Stability, and is suitable for various experiments and test scenarios that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device monitors the temperature of the medium in the Tank in real time through the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the Power output of the heating and cooling system (fully enclosed Compressor) for precise control and stability of the temperature in the tank. Standard internal and external circulation pumps circulate the thermostatic medium to external devices for extended Temperature range.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, start the refrigeration/heating system, and adjust the medium temperature to the set value.
5. After the temperature is stable, the sample or container to be thermostatic can be placed in the Tank, or connected to the external circulation line for external temperature control.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, take out the sample, and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment, away from flammable and explosive items.
● Please select the appropriate medium in the tank according to the Temperature range before use, and ensure that the liquid level is within the safe range.
Do not start the heating function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank to avoid damage to the equipment.
● When the equipment is running, do not directly touch the medium in the groove, chill down the coil and heating parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
● When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
● Regularly check and clean the equipment to keep the entry and exit trends open.
If it is not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
