Overview
TENLIN BD-2006 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -20~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 6L. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, combined with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, to achieve high Stability and Uniformity temperature control.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the liquid in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The domestic circulation pump promotes the continuous circulation of the liquid in the tank to ensure uniform temperature; the external circulation function can lead out the thermostatic liquid to provide a stable temperature environment for the external experimental device.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and over-temperature alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, the refrigeration and Control system starts to work until the temperature in the tank reaches the set value and stabilizes.
6. Place the sample or experimental device to be thermostatic into the Tank or connect the external circulation line.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and maintain it properly.

• Before use, please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is appropriate and the appropriate heat transfer medium is selected.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
