Overview
TENLIN BD-0510 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5 to 100 ° C, a Tank volume of 10L and a depth of 200mm. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide high Stability and uniformity in a thermostatic environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The equipment is cooled by a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the self-developed P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The inner and outer circulation systems can circulate the liquid in the tank evenly inside, or pump out of the tank to provide a thermostatic liquid or cold source for the Miscellaneous experimental vessel as needed.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters (e.g., P.I.D value, alarm temperature upper and lower limits) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start operation, and the equipment starts to cool/heat until it reaches the set temperature and stabilizes.
5. According to the experimental needs, choose the domestic circulation mode to keep the temperature in the tank uniform, or connect the external pipeline to enable the external circulation function.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The medium injected into the Tank must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level should be within the specified range.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Regular maintenance, cleaning Tank and filtrate net.
• If there is a fault alarm, please find out the cause and eliminate it before using it.
