Overview
TENLIN BD-3010 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30~ 100 ° C, a Tank volume of 10L and a depth of 200mm. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide laboratories with high Stability and high uniformity in a thermostatic environment.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through the Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, and uses the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, and cooperates with an efficient domestic circulation pump to circulate the liquid in the tank continuously, so as to achieve rapid stability and high uniformity of temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run until it reaches the set temperature and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium added must meet the requirements and should not be too full.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, ensure that it is within a safe range.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
• If there is an alarm or abnormal situation, you should immediately stop the machine for inspection or contact a professional.
