Overview
TENLIN GDH-0506 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, and with the self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, it can provide a stable thermostatic environment with Temperature Fluctuation as low as +/- 0.005~ 0.02 ° C. The Tank volume is 6L, which is suitable for experiments and tests with high temperature accuracy requirements.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses its cooling system (Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor) to cool the medium in the tank. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor and feeds the data back to the microprocessor. The microprocessor uses a P.I.D control algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, thus achieving fast and stable temperature control. The domestic circulation system continuously stirres the liquid in the tank to ensure a high degree of uniformity in temperature distribution.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The medium injected into the Tank must meet the requirements, and the liquid level should be within the specified range.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the cooling channel when the device is running.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm temperature and ensure that the alarm function is normal.
• When the equipment is alarmed or abnormal, the cause should be promptly investigated, and non-professionals should not disassemble it by themselves.
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimum performance.
