Overview
TENLIN GDH-3006 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 6L. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide laboratories with high Stability and high uniformity in low temperature or thermostatic environments.
Features
1. Low Noise Air-Cooled Fully Enclosed Compressor Unit, Fast Cooling Speed and Strong Temperature Stability.
2. Control system adopts self-developed special software and high standard Pt100 Sensor, with all imported electronic components, to achieve accurate temperature control.
3, with internal and external circulation system, external circulation can establish a second thermostatic field or as an external cold source, domestic circulation to ensure that the liquid temperature in the tank is highly uniform and stable.
4. Equipped with a complete protection system, including Compressor overheating and overcurrent protection, over-temperature sound and light alarm and automatic load cutting function.
5. Adopting a large liquid crystal control instrument, it is easy to operate and supports automatic search or manual adjustment of P.I.D. parameters.
6. Temperature correction accuracy up to 0.01 ° C, Temperature Fluctuation up to +/- 005-0.01 ° C (depending on the model).
Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the liquid in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve rapid cooling and stable temperature control. The domestic circulation pump continuously stirres the liquid in the Tank to ensure a high uniformity of the entire temperature field; the external circulation function can lead out the thermostatic liquid to provide a stable temperature environment for the external experimental device.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run until it reaches the set temperature and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• When adding heat transfer medium to the Tank, the liquid level should be within the specified range and should not be too full or too small.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-30~ 100 ℃).
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• In case of abnormal situations such as over-temperature alarm, please find out the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
• Regularly clean the surface and Tank of the equipment to keep it clean.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
