Overview
TENLIN DCW-0506 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -5 to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 7.5L. It uses advanced Control systems and refrigeration technology to provide laboratories with High Accuracy and High Stability Temperature environment.
Features
1. Low Noise Air-Cooled Fully Enclosed Compressor Unit, Fast Cooling Speed and Strong Temperature Stability.
2. Control system adopts self-developed special software and high standard Pt100 Sensor and all imported electronic components.
3, with internal and external circulation system, external circulation can establish a second thermostatic field or as an external cold source, domestic circulation to ensure that the liquid temperature in the tank is uniform and stable.
4. Equipped with a complete protection system, including refrigeration overheating/overcurrent protection, over-temperature alarm and automatic load cutting function.
5. Adopt high-end large LCD control instrument, easy to operate, and support P.I.D automatic search or manual adjustment.
6, with accurate temperature correction function (up to 0.01 ℃), Temperature Fluctuation is small (+/- 0.03 ℃).
Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor unit), and is monitored and regulated in real time by the High Accuracy Temperature Control system (based on the Pt100 Sensor and dedicated software). The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures that the heat is evenly transferred so that the liquid in the tank reaches and maintains the set target temperature, thus providing a stable thermostatic environment.
Applications
Laboratory thermostatic experiment, sample reaction thermostatic, second thermostatic field establishment, external experimental vessel cooling
Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, the refrigeration and Control system starts to work, so that the liquid in the tank reaches the set temperature.
6. After the temperature stabilizes, experiments or Sample Handling can be performed.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and maintain it properly.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Before use, make sure that sufficient and appropriate heat transfer medium is injected into the Tank.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the cooling channel when the device is running.
• When setting the temperature, be careful not to exceed the rated Temperature range of the device.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and Tank to keep the equipment clean.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
