Overview
TENLIN DCW-0508 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 8L. It uses advanced cooling and temperature control technology to provide laboratories with High Accuracy and High Stability Temperature Environment.

2. Control system adopts self-made temperature control technology developed by special software, equipped with High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and all imported electronic components.

Principle
The device works together through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to achieve the temperature rise and fall of the medium in the tank. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration or Heating power to maintain the set temperature. The circulation pump drives the medium for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; or for external circulation, the thermostatic medium is drawn out to provide a thermostatic environment or cold source for the external experimental container.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the type and liquid level of the medium in the Tank meet the requirements.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the cooling channel when the device is running.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, a reasonable upper and lower limit should be set to ensure safety.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• When the equipment alarms, please identify the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply of the equipment.
