Overview
TENLIN DCW-0510 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 10L. The equipment uses advanced control and cooling technology to provide a uniform and stable thermostatic environment for laboratories, suitable for various experiments and tests that require accurate temperature control.

Principle
The equipment cools or heats the medium in the Tank through its refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor unit) and heating system. The High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor monitors the temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the microcomputer Control system. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the cooling or Heating power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the circulation pump drives the medium for domestic circulation to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; or external circulation, the thermostatic medium is drawn out to provide a stable temperature field for external equipment.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and start running.
6. After running, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is within a safe range before use.
• Please use the medium specified by the equipment that meets the requirements of the Temperature range.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• When the device is running, do not block the entry and exit trends.
• In case of abnormal situations such as over-temperature alarm, please find out the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the tank body to keep the ventilated port open.
