Overview
The TENLIN DCW-2015 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Tank volume of 15L with a Temperature range of -20 ° C to 100 ° C. It is cooled by a low noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor unit and is equipped with a High Accuracy Temperature Control system with Temperature resolution up to 0.01 ° C and Temperature Fluctuation of +/- 0.03 ° C.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the refrigeration power using the P.I.D algorithm to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The circulation system drives the liquid through the pump for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; or for external circulation, the thermostatic liquid is drawn out to provide a thermostatic environment or cold source for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, the Compressor and circulating pump start to work, and the equipment automatically runs to the set temperature and remains thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is moderate to avoid dry burning.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet when the equipment is running to ensure smooth circulation.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure good heat dissipation.
Before moving or repairing equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
