Overview
The TENLIN SC-6B High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature controlled device with a Tank volume of 7.5L with a Temperature range from room temperature to 300 ° C. It uses advanced control and cooling technology to provide a stable, uniform and High Accuracy temperature environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and feeds the signal back to the dedicated Temperature Control system. The Control system precisely adjusts the Power output of the refrigeration Compressor group or the Power of the heating element through the P.I.D algorithm according to the deviation of the set value and the actual value, so as to quickly reach and stabilize the target temperature. The internal and external circulation system can enhance the temperature uniformity in the tank or lead out the thermostatic liquid, providing a stable temperature field for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool or heat to the set temperature and maintain stability.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
When adding media to the Tank, do not exceed Maximum capacity and make sure to use media that is compatible with the Temperature range.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, a reasonable upper and lower limit should be set to ensure safety.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
• Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
